Shenzhen Smartpet Innovative Technology Co., Ltd. is an innovative provider of electronic pet products, dedicated to the R&D and manufacture of dog training collars, bark collars, wireless dog fences, smart retractable dog leashes, ultrasonic dog training devices, and many other imaginative pet products.

SmartPet has engaged in deep and close cooperation with many internationally famous smart chipset enterprises and has not only a set of R&D capacity, including software and hardware but also has a distinguished ability to implement industrial styling design and mechanical design.

Located in Pingshan, Shenzhen, our factory currently has a 5000-square-meter manufacturing base with 300,000 pieces monthly production capacity.

We have now around 208 employees with over 15 R&D staff with professional backgrounds and equipped with rich experience in the field and an 11-member professional QA team with an average of 8 years of experience.

Currently, we pass social compliance and quality systems audits from Walmart, Chewy.com, and SGS.

SmartPet has established strategic partnerships with many e-commerce enterprises and local pet chain stores in over 20 countries in East Asia, North America, Latin America, and Europe, and has become a core supplier for Walmart, Chewy, and Amazon.
